Heavenly Manna 

One of the greatest needs in our society today is for people to be in good health, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.   

To be healthy everyone needs to find a way to cope with stress. >> Stress causes dis-ease.  

Yet it is obvious environmental pollutants in the air, water and food supply cause stress.  We cannot ignore this any longer.  We must join together to implement a plan to clean up this planet and give our children and grandchildren a safe, beautiful world to live in.  Who doesn't want that?  I think you know the answer to that.  So it's all a matter of choices.  Individual choices. Moment by moment. Day by day!  

History repeats itself unless we make wise choices  >> This is the road less travelled, until we & others see more clearly and  realize there is something we can do.  It starts with ME. It starts with YOU!  It starts with US and when WE agree to do something beneficial for US, that becomes our new reality, our new future, that changes the NOW from the past, into a new beginning for a new future.  Then when we look back, the old will no longer exist.  It will be but a faint memory. 

Today is the only day to begin, for tomorrow never comes.  Change today and tomorrow changes. --  Lets ask ourselves, what can I do today to make things better than yesterday?  -- Set a goal, focus upon it, no matter how small, then when achieved add another goal, take the next step, expand to the next level, without compromising the previous steps.
